If you’re navigating the challenges of anxiety, OCD, or relationship difficulties, I’m here to offer a path forward. My approach is about taking immediate action to alleviate the stress these conditions impose on your life and relationships. Whether you’re dealing with intrusive thoughts, compulsions, or navigating the complexities of a partnership, a fulfilling life is within reach.

In our work together, we’ll use evidence-based practices tailored to your needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety. For couples, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based approaches, and humanistic principles to foster deeper connections and resolve conflicts.

I understand where you are right now and can empathize with the feeling that there seems to be no way out. However, the way you feel at this moment doesn’t dictate your future. Whether you’re an individual struggling with anxiety or OCD, or a couple seeking harmony, there will come a time when you’ll look back on this struggle as a distant memory. Allow me to guide you toward relief and a brighter tomorrow.

I work with teens, adults, and couples, offering a compassionate and empathetic space to explore your challenges and achieve your goals. Together, we can break the cycle of overthinking, rumination, fear, and relationship distress.
