If you’re navigating the challenges of OCD and/or anxiety, I’m here to offer a path forward. My approach is about taking immediate action to alleviate the stress these conditions impose on your life. The intrusive thoughts and compulsions you’re dealing with can be overcome, and a life beyond their control is within reach. I offer teletherapy services to individuals located in the state of California.

In our work together, we’ll use evidence-based practices tailored to these conditions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). We’ll focus on challenging unhelpful thoughts and breaking the cycle of overthinking, rumination, and fear.

This journey may be challenging, and there will be moments of discomfort, much like the soreness you feel after a good workout. But remember, this discomfort is a sign of progress, a testament to the hard work you’re putting into your personal growth.

Our sessions will be a collaborative effort, where we explore your experiences and work at your own pace. I work with teens, adults, and couples, offering a supportive space where you can grow, learn, and thrive. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you in achieving your goals.
